Eassa@Fixing A Bad Mood

Eassa woke up today in a bad mood with a runny nose. So we are taking it slow today, blowing paper boats in the pool. In the past, I used to get frustrated trying to stick to the scheduled activities and pushing through the moodiness. After four children and some gained wisdom, I see that flexibility and using opportunities well works out better in the end.
There is no need to rush. So why do we mums work ourselves up and stress when we don’t achieve our goals. Having said that, I am a strong believer in planning and goal setting – just that flexibility is now added to my daily routines.
